Eleonora graduated with a Bachelors in HR & Business Administration from the University of Milan. While attending university, she developed a special love for wines while working for important restaurants across the city. She then had the opportunity to join Zuma Dubai’s wine team in 2013 as senior sommelier until she gained the role of deputy head sommelier. She also opened Cuvee3, a consultancy company focused on beverage, which she still successfully runs as a side business. Under Cuvee3 ‘s umbrella, Eleonora helped the opening of various restaurants in the city of Dubai such as Play, Peyote, Waldorf Astoria DIFC and many others, as well as consulting for companies based in Sri Lanka, India and Maldives.

In 2019, Eleonora joined Orange Hospitality (OH) and as Wine Director for the group she focuses on wine, sake, teas, making all the venues of Orange Hospitality great destinations for wine lovers.
