As Orange Holding’s Business Manager, her role is multifaceted and includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the business units, ensuring its efficient functioning and contributing to the overall success of the company. Cleméntine is a seasoned professional with a rich educational background and a diverse hospitality experience.  She holds degrees from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and St Clare’s International College in Oxford, United Kingdom. Cleméntine has further honed her skills with certifications such as WSET Level 2, Level 2 Foundation Award in HACCP, and various MOHG Training programs, including Move Up – Introduction to Management.

 

Clémentine’s impressive career spans various roles, showcasing her leadership and management capabilities. As the Lobby Lounge Outlet Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel from April 2021 to August 2022, she spearheaded the development of operational processes, managed daily operations, and took charge of guest relations. Her responsibilities also included rostering, HR management, marketing direction, OPEX and CAPEX management, and effective P&L management.

 

Clémentine also served as an Assistant Manager at SOMM in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, where she was part of the pre-opening management team and played a crucial role in developing operational processes, managing daily operations, and overseeing guest relations. Her earlier experiences include roles as a Supervisor at the MO Bar and a comprehensive F&B Management Trainee program at various outlets, including 2-MICHELIN Star Amber restaurant and Please Don’t Tell, both located in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Clémentine has also completed internships at esteemed establishments such as George V, Four Seasons, Paris, and W Santiago, Chile. Her diverse experiences demonstrate her commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the field of hospitality and business management.
